Description

A big commercial pickle mango cutter is a cutting tool used in the food industry to cut large quantities of mangoes into uniform pieces for use in pickle production.

Unlike the automatic version, this tool is manually operated. It is typically made of 5 mm * 2 feet Heavy size stainless steel and consists of a base, a cutting mechanism, and a lever. The mangoes are loaded onto the base and the lever is used to push them through the cutting mechanism, where they are sliced into the desired size and shape. The sliced mangoes can then be easily collected and used for pickle production. These machines are durable and easy to operate, making them an essential tool for small-scale commercial pickle production. However, they are not as efficient as their automatic counterparts and require more physical effort from the operator.
